Cancellation Policy

Fees & Cancellation Policy: - Full payment of fees are due for the course in advance. If the therapist cancels the course a full refund will be provided. - Attendance is recommended for the full series in order to experience the most benefit from the course. - Refunds will not be applicable for this course. If you are unhappy for any reason, or have exceptional circumstances which require cancellation of the course, please discuss this with Sophie Wilkinson on 07971178981 on a case by case basis. Booking Terms: - You are consenting to receive Group Hypnotherapy as part of this course, and experience a deep guided relaxation otherwise known as Trance or Non sleep deep rest. - Hypnotherapy is not suitable for those with very low blood pressure, epilepsy, mania or personality disorders. By booking onto this course you are confirming that these do not apply to you. - The Therapist (Sophie Wilkinson) will maintain confidentiality of all information shared during the booking process or during the course as required by GDPR and as per the ethical framework outlined by the AfSFH. Confidentiality is requested to be observed by everyone on the course in order to create a safe space, but please be aware this is a group setting and any information you share during the course is at your discretion. - Confidentiality will only be broken by the Therapist if there is a concern over your safety or the safety of others, or the therapist becomes aware of illegal activity which requires confidentiality to be broken by law. - The therapist has explained the class format and what to expect during the series
