I'm Sophie, Solution Focussed Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Mental Fitness & Performance Coach.


I teach people how to find clarity, calm and confidence so they can achieve their goals, and live life to the fullest.


Anxiety and depression, it all it's presentations (see list below), can feel crippling and exhausting, but it’s also possible to navigate your way past it, and find yourself feeling excited, motivated, confident and happy when you have the right knowledge, tools and support in place to help you.

I use an understanding of neuroscience to teach you about how the mind works, and combine this with tools and techniques from solution focussed brief therapy, NLP, CBT, hypnotherpy and coaching.


Working together, you will learn to understand yourself better, develop your mental fitness and create habits that enable you to move forward in a way that works for you now but also for the long term.

Whether you have a recognised anxiety disorder, PTSD or depression, or are struggling with a phobia, anxiety attacks, insomnia or overwhelm, I can help you.


Anxiety and depression could be something you have struggled with your whole life, or it may also be heighted by neurodivergence such as ADHD or Autism, or due to hormonal changes in teenage years or during menopause.


Whatever the cause, you’ll find a focus on solutions with support to take positive action through our sessions.
