Hello. 

I'm Sophie, Solution Focussed Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist & Coach.

 

I offer my clients a calm and non judgemental space where they can explore their needs, and learn how to find clarity, calm and confidence to achieve their goals, and live life to the fullest.

 

Anxiety, depression and overwhelm can feel crippling and exhausting, but it’s also possible to navigate your way past it, and find yourself feeling excited, motivated, confident and happy when you have the right knowledge, tools and support in place to help you.​

I support a range of clients across different stages of life including young people and adults. I also have additional CPD training and a special interest in working with neurodiverse clients (diagnosed or not), as well as those navigating diverse family needs.

I combine the best of solution focussed psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and coaching to help you achieve your goals. Helping clients to create changes and feel empowered to live life on their own terms. 

 

I use an understanding of neuroscience to teach you about how the mind works, and combine this with tools and techniques from solution focussed brief therapy, NLP, CBT, hypnotherpy and coaching. My clients are always at the heart of this process and as a result, sessions will vary to meet your specific needs.

 

Working together, you will learn to understand yourself better, and identify and create habits that enable you to move forward in a way that works for you now but also for the long term. I offer a supportive, non judgemental space where you can be yourself, and feel understood and supported.

I help people who want to change something in their life, but feel held back by unhelpful beliefs and behaviours that have become a way of life but no longer support who they want to be.

 

Whether you have a recognised anxiety disorder, PTSD or depression, or are struggling with anxiety attacks, phobias, insomnia or overwhelm, I can help you.

 

Anxiety and depression could be something you have struggled with your whole life, or it may also be heighted by neurodivergence such as ADHD or Autism, due to hormonal changes in teenage years or during menopause, or changes in life stage which is leaving you feeling lost and seeking purpose.

 

Whatever the cause, you’ll find a focus on compassion, insights and support in sessions which helps you to feel empowered and able to take the positive actions you desire to create a life you are able to enjoy.
