I'm Sophie Wilkinson, Accredited Mental Fitness, Wellbeing and Career Coach (APC, IAPC&M), and Solution Focussed Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist (AfSFH) due to qualify in Jan 2024.

I help people understand the neuroscience behind common anxiety disorders and stress responses so they can learn how to calm the mind, take control and build resilience.

When you work with me, I support you with the best insights and tools from the the world of neuroscience, NLP, CBT & person centred therapies, listening skills and leadership training.

Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy works by combining psychotherapy and trance (or non sleep deep rest). It's highly effective as a treatment for anxiety disorders and depression, as well as resulting mental and physical symptoms:

  • panic attacks, phobias, social anxiety, fear of public speaking, generalised anxiety disorders and anger

  • Weight management, IBS, alcohol/smoking/drug addictions and other physical stress symptoms
